Eli founded Gleam with a simple belief: the outside of a building matters just as much as the inside. With 25 years in the facilities industry, he's built relationships with Fortune 500 retailers, grocery chains, and restaurant groups across the country. Eli leads client relationships and oversees operations, ensuring every job gets done right the first time.

When clients call, they talk to Eli directly, not a call center. That personal touch is what turned Gleam into a multi-million dollar business built entirely on referrals.

Steve Koehler

Sr. Account Manager

Steve brings 22 years of corporate accounting experience to Gleam, with deep expertise across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Revenue Management, and Trade Promotions. He's worked in service, industrial, and retail environments for major companies including Children's Medical Center, Bombardier, Cargill, and Fossil.

Steve ensures every account runs smoothly from quote to invoice, so clients get the service they need without the billing headaches.

Joey Barnes

VP of Operations

Joey has been leading operations at Gleam since 2022, overseeing commercial cleaning projects across office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, and industrial properties. Before joining Gleam, he owned and operated Greenside Exterior Services, providing commercial and residential cleaning throughout the DFW area.

Joey ensures every project is completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to your business. His attention to detail and commitment to reliable, high quality results keeps jobs on schedule and clients happy.
